Jenny Giallanza | Catering Sales Manager
From weddings, business meetings, to hosting social events for 300 guests, Jenny Giallanza designs any catering event into an "affair to remember." With her natural flair and creativity, each event is always customized to exceed customers' expectations. Whether it be menus, food presentation, invitations, ambiance, or centerpieces, she treats each guest as if they were coming into her home and it shows.

Her talent was recognized by the Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (N.A.C.E.) who named her Caterer of the Year.

Jenny has been with the Timber Creek Ballroom since 1996.

Isaac Sanders | Banquet Manager
Isaac has been working at the Timber Creek Ballroom since 2000. Initially hired as a Banquet Server, he soon was promoted to Banquet Manager overseeing all facets of event operations. He enjoys working at the Timber Creek Ballroom with all of the wonderful staff and management and takes pleasure in meeting and interacting with members and guests. Isaac is well known for his level of er service and his calm demeanor.
